Since its opening in October 2010, the restaurant has been lauded for its quality of food, service and unrivalled ambience. Recently renovated in early 2014, Salt grill & Sky bar presents a refreshed look featuring an added exclusive dining area on the 56th floor for diners seeking utmost privacy, as well as a brand new bar on the mezzanine floor.

Signature creations include the inventive dish of Tea Smoked Quail, 'glass' Sydney Crab Omelette & Miso Mustard broth and the playful dessert of Luke's Liquorice Parfait. The menu also showcases a variety of grilled meats including Australian Wagyucut, and a great range of seafood selection. Available for Lunch (daily from 11am - 2pm) & Dinner (Sun - Thurs, 6pm - 10pm; Fri & Sat, 6pm - 10.30pm).

Perfect for corporate diners, the lunch set menus provide a convenient, fuss-free option for a two-or three-course meal from an array of entrées, main courses and desserts. The menu ranges from $45++ to $80++ per person & available on weekdays from 11am - 2pm.
The Afternoon Tea menu features exquisitely crafted canapés such as scones, Ham & Turkey Croque Madame, Chocolate & Jam Lamingtons, Almond & Cranberry Florentines and more. The afternoon tea menu is priced at $30++ per person & available daily from 2pm - 6pm.
